The Friendship journey
Each level builds on the last, so scholars grow with teachers, classmates, and traditions they already know and trust.
PK3 – Kindergarten
Play-based learning, early literacy, and social-emotional foundations that set every scholar up for a lifetime of reading, curiosity, and confidence.
Grades 1 – 5
Balanced literacy, fluent math thinking, hands-on science, and daily arts integration, anchored by classroom communities where every child is known by name.
Grades 6 – 8
Rigorous core academics, exploratory electives, and college awareness starting in sixth grade, with advisories that keep every scholar seen and supported.
Grades 9 – 12
AP coursework, industry-aligned career pathways, and one-on-one college counseling, so graduates leave Friendship with a plan and the skills to pursue it.
Our instructional model
A structured, science-of-reading approach from PK through 5th grade, with daily writing across every subject in middle and high school.
Conceptual fluency, problem-solving, and consistent progressions, so scholars are ready for Algebra by 8th grade and calculus by 12th.
Counselors, social workers, and family liaisons on every campus. Mental health and belonging are part of the academic plan, not an add-on.
Every senior graduates with a next step: a college acceptance, an industry credential, or a launch plan they helped design.
